Your data is yours.

When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and phone number if you give it. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.

When you create a Patch Points account: your first name, email, and a record of what you have ordered and how many points you have earned or redeemed.

Standard web analytics: aggregate visitor numbers, the pages people look at, and how they got to the site. No individual tracking, no third-party advertising cookies.

We use your contact details to ship orders, send order confirmations, and email you about your Patch Points balance when relevant.

We may occasionally email you about new products or a sale. You can opt out of marketing emails with one click in any email we send.

We never sell your personal information to third parties. Not advertisers, not data brokers, not anyone. Your details stay between us and the service providers below.

Only the service providers we need to run MEND:

• Stripe — payment processing
• NZ Post — shipping your order
• Resend — sending you emails
• Supabase — secure database hosting
• Vercel — website hosting

Each is contractually bound to use your data only to provide their service to MEND.

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your account and associated data
• Stop sending you marketing emails

We use only the cookies we need to make the site work: signing you in, remembering what is in your cart, and basic analytics. No third-party tracking, no ad networks.

If we change this policy in a way that affects how we use your data, we will tell you by email before the change applies.
