How we ship
All orders are sent via NZ Post tracked courier. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days. Rural addresses may take a little longer — allow an extra 1–2 days if you're outside a main centre.
Shipping cost
$6.50 flat rate. Free on orders over $50.
Where we ship
New Zealand only at this stage.
Returns
Change of mind
Due to the nature of these products — skin-contact medical patches — we're unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges. Please make sure you're ordering the right product before you check out.
Wrong or damaged items
If we've sent you the wrong product, or something arrived damaged, please get in touch with a photo and your order details. We'll sort it out.
