What's in the pack
20 patches, four of each of five shapes. Hydrocolloid, 0.5 mm thick, waterproof, with a tapered edge.
- Tabbed oval — the heel; the tab folds over the edge so it stays put
- Large capsule — side of the heel or foot
- Almond — ball of the foot or the side of a toe
- Small capsule — toes
- Kidney — curved edges: bunion, ankle bone, back of the heel
How it works
Apply to clean dry skin. Press firmly for 30 seconds. Then leave it on. Change it only when it will not stay on anymore — peeling one off early can take the blister skin with it.
